MĂ©thode Traditionnelle

The traditional method or « méthode champenoise » is the noble method: The bubbles are produced by secondary fermentation in the bottle for more complex wines. As the name suggests, this is used for the production of Champagne, Crémant and other quality sparkling wines.

Color: pale yellow with delicate lingering bubbles. Nose: very aromatic with undertones of fruit and fresh butter. Taste:  harmonious, elegant and fresh.
