Provence is recognized historically as a producer of Rosé Wines that are pale, fruit driven and full bodied. But the region’s wineries also produce reds that are no less remarkable. Powerful and structured wines that can be aged several years, alongside delicate whites known for their subtlety and finesse.

Color: Pale yellow with green highlights.
Nose: Nice aromatic singularity with expressive notes of lime, bergamot orange, lime-tree and white flowers.
Palate: The palate is fresh, clear and precise with green apple flavours which bring a nice crispy touch on the finish.

Domaine du Roc
Languedoc
Located at the doors of the Corbières, between the massif and the Mediterranean littoral, Domaine du Roc carries the name of the locality which means “the stones”. This name refers to the mosaic of terroirs of the Languedoc Roussillon region of which the common characteristic are to be stony soils.
Grape Varieties: 35% Syrah, 30% Carignan, 20% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre.
Color: Magnificent garnet red color.
Nose: Beautiful length of aromas, full of finesse, with a great freshness of red berries and spices.
Taste: Jam and vanilla spice lead to persistent ripe berry finish.
Château Boutignane

Color: A nice pale pink color
Nose: Very expressive, on lime and strawberry
Taste: sharp and precise, with a nice and gourmet aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruits

Color: Dark ruby color, bright with purple reflections
Nose: Intense, complex, involving the maturity of blackcurrant and cherry with pepper, cinnamon and vanilla
Taste: Fine and fresh attack, notes of spices, ripe fruits and leather. Dense and velvety tannins, long finish.
